I recently saw this video of a Disabled Veteran who was told he would never walk, unassisted, again.
He surprised everyone that by doing yoga, he did learn to walk again… And in the process, lost 140 pounds in under a year.

Wow, that’s amazing! I need to stop taking things for granted! I’m so lucky I have a body that lets me do so much (even if I dont’ always fit into my skinny jeans haha)
He’s amazing! Lots of things keep me going but, I suppose the first would be my new grandson, even though he’s in a different state than me! 🙂
